Female Personal Assistant These would be an ideal job for a uni student or recent graduate Fixed, term-time only contract from ASAP to 10th June 2020 with the possibility of extending. Wednesday 5.30pm to Thursday 10am, other nights may be available. £110/shift. A retainer is paid during the holidays. I am a young student at the University of Reading. I am looking for an enthusiastic, cheerful, motivated Personal Assistant to join a small team to support my university life. I have Cerebral Palsy; I can walk with assistance and use a manual wheelchair. Apart from being a student, I am a very outgoing, fun-loving and social individual who loves a good night out. You’ll need to be: Fun, social and outgoing with a great sense of humour Whilst this is sleepover role and not a waking role, I am a night owl and like to stay up late Motivated with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn Flexible and open minded Practical and organised - Good time keeping is essential Physically fit Non-smokers only - smoking will not be permitted whilst on shift The job: Support me to participate in all activities: nights out, socials, sport, volunteering etc. Personal care - full training will be provided and no previous experience is necessary Sleep-overs (late nights) Cooking/food preparation whilst on shift Basic domestic tasks You may be required to work at the family home near Winchester (by negotiation) Benefits: All expenses and meals covered whilst on shift Option to join the Government pension scheme NEST Pro-rata holiday.
