Parcel Sorter - Days £8.72 per hour Immediate Start On going Temporary Work with potential for Overtime The Role PB Recruitment & Training are now recruiting for Parcel Sorters for our prestigious client in Shaw, Oldham. As a Parcel Sorter with a large distribution company, you will be scanning, loading and sorting a variety of parcels. With a face paced environment, your hard work will be keeping the customers smiling. Summary: Working as part of a team to make sure parcels are identified correctly and electronically despatched to the right destination. You will be ensuring all parcels are scanned, and manually sorted parcels into its loading bay Checking for damaged parcels and miss-sorts Handling parcels with care to avoid any damage so that they reach the end customers perfectly. The Ideal Candidate: Our client delivers a variety of parcels of all different shapes and sizes. This means that there is a physical element to this Parcel Sorter role so you will need to be comfortable in lifting and carrying parcels and loading / unloading trailers. Experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
