This role is project based, but our office base locations can be either Milton Keynes, London or Leeds. CityFibre are looking for an MDU (Multi Dwelling Unit) Business Intelligence Analyst to be responsible for effectively managing the strategic use of all MDU data sets and their integration into multiple systems and work streams. You’ll be creating intelligent analysis from various information sources to support the MDU Programme and reduce all FTTH LOC. Other responsibilities will include: Identify and target required MDU asset data Review APIs to share data between systems to assist both FTTH and Metro projects Review and quality assure MDU LOC deliverables, indicating continuous improvement requirements Consistently review regional LOC data, blending numerous wayleave and portfolio data sets to maximise efficiency Coordinate MDU Team data with Delivery and Wayleaves teams to update and reduce national LOC Compile weekly reports to ensure all MDU team actions and requirements are captured in order to accurately forecast MDU RFS and LOC reduction WHAT WILL YOU BRING? We’re looking for someone who has experience working within data/business analysis and who is familiar with data analysis across multiple sources, business analysis and process modelling. You’ll also have; Stakeholder engagement and management experience in a commercial environment Previous experience using CRM systems to review, report and visualise data Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Although the following are not essential requirements, they would prove beneficial. Experience of using Salesforce Awareness of data modelling methodologies SQL knowledge Experience of Data Visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI) WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?
