As a key member of the Insight Team, the Insight Executive will take ownership of projects to track customer satisfaction and to monitor market and competitor trends. The role will also involve supporting the Insight Manager in undertaking ad hoc quantitative research on behalf of the business. You will be working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders so the ability to communicate and influence at all levels is essential for this role. The role currently involves working on projects in EMEA but it is likely that there will also be opportunity to work on projects of a global nature in the future. We invite candidates with both agency and client side experience in a market research and / or data analytics role. Key Accountabilities: ·End to end management of internal client and customer surveys – including project management, survey design, scripting surveys for online data collection, monitoring response rates, data analysis, reporting and presenting ·Desk research to aid market and competitor analysis and understanding ·Production of our daily, internal Insights newsletters - which collates relevant news stories for circulation around the business. ·Assisting / managing ad hoc research projects – potentially both quantitative (online) and qualitative in nature ·Support the Insight Manager to manage change and improvements and to challenge the status quo ·Sharing the results with cross functional teams to ensure they are actioned ·Analyse large data sets to help build profiles of our customers and interpret survey data ·Bring together multiple strands of data and insight in impactful reports and stories that will help drive action and shape business strategy ·Keep up to date with best practice and act as a consultant to colleagues and stakeholders. Essential Skills/Experience & Competencies: ·Experience undertaking quantitative research ·Excellent Excel skills - Capable of manipulating and analysing data from large datasets ·Good PowerPoint skills ·Able to pull out key results and create a story from data ·Confident presenting customer insights back to key stakeholders ·Able to work independently and thrive in a small team ·Excellent project management and time management skills ·Passionate about improving customer experience and keen to progress skills in market research and analysis ·Ability to think strategically and analytically ·Ability to manage several complex and detailed projects to fixed timetables concurrently. ·Effective team player Desirable Skills/Experience & Competencies: ·Degree educated ·Experience using Power BI and CRM systems ·Knowledge of the MRS code of conduct ·Experience scripting surveys for online use ·Experience of using statistical techniques (regression, segmentation) ·Experience of the financial services sector ·Qualitative research experience A Truly Diverse Place to Work Computershare celebrates the diversity of our people and we welcome applications from everyone.
