Overview
Job Title: Field based Service and Installation Engineer (Printers) Location: Field Based - UK Wide (Kettering head office) Starting Salary: £25k plus a company vehicle and great benefits. Hours: Monday - Friday with travel around the UK and some overnight midweek stays. Our Kettering based client has an excellent new opportunity due to continued growth for an enthusiastic candidate to join their well-established team of field based Engineers. The successful candidate will be working alongside trained engineers to learn on the job with great potential for growth and progression. A large part of this role will be attending customers site all over the UK, to install, maintain and trouble shoot printing machinery. Previous experience in the printer Field Service repair industry is preferred but applicants with similar electro-mechanical backgrounds and field repair experience may be considered. You must be computer literate, posses a natural technical aptitude and have a good knowledge of electrics, our client is happy to train someone who can demonstrate good technical ability. You will be required to have very good customer communication skills and be well presented as you will be representing the client on customer sites. A full clean driving licence is required. This role will benefit the successful candidate with a fully expensed company van and expenses to cover overnight stays and meals when required.
