This role will be a purely advisory focused position with responsibilities including: Conducting Independent Business Reviews on financially distressed companies. Performing Cash Flow analysis Assisting on Financial Due Diligence projects Creating and analysing Financial Models. This role is ideal for someone with a clear background in the restructuring advisory field. It may also be suitable for someone working in Corporate Finance that's looking to specialise in Restructuring.
