Morning Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for a well established and professional business based in the Hazel grove area. They are looking for an experience receptionist to join their organisation as soon as possible. This is a fantastic role for someone who has previous experience working on a busy reception that is looking to work Part Time hours Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm It is essential to have at least 3 years experience within a receptionist role recently. About The Role · Acting as the face of the company · Meeting and Greeting visitors to the building · Answering all incoming calls into the business · Working on a busy switchboard · Taking full messages and circulation them to the appropriate department · Daily responsibility for post and parcels both incoming and outgoing · Administration support including Typing letters and updating Excel spreadsheets Essential Skills & Experience · Minimum of 3 years experience in a receptionist role · Experience of managing a busy switchboard · Basic understanding of Word and Excel Professional, presentable and approachable · Flexible to take on additional hours to cover in line with the business needs About The Benefits · Monday to Friday 9AM - 1PM · Salary GBP9571 for 20hours · 25 days holiday plus bank holidays · Free Parking · Company pension scheme 3% · Discretionary Christmas bonus · Reduced prices for company products · Discretionary profit share scheme paid annually · Childcare Voucher scheme To Apply If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV to us today We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
