Overview
Our Client, a vehicle dealership based in Worthing, are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join their Sales Team. Responsible for dealing with all Sales Team credit control and administration tasks, that’s in a professional and efficient manner, your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting and monitoring the progress and collection of invoices Reconciling invoices paid and preparing and dispatching monthly invoices Following up on non-payments and pursuing debts Liaising with Customers to ensure their account records are correct and up to date Carrying out admin duties associated with vehicle sales and stock control Assisting with the preparations for audits Complying with company policies and procedures Creating and maintaining files in accordance with regulations Generating and updating reports on excel As an experienced Credit Controller, you will have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and will have a good eye for accuracy and detail. In addition, you will: - Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and CRM database packages Be enthusiastic, friendly, helpful and a confident relationship builder Work under pressure and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills Be educated to GCSE level or equivalent Ideally, thou not essentially have some knowledge of Kerridge Working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5:30pm. The Credit Controller will STE earn a salary of between £20k to £22k / annum and will after probation be eligible for a comprehensive package of company benefits
