Customer Service Advisor Kingston Temporary, 36.5 Hours , Including Weekends (£7.00-£9.00 per hour) We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service Team, within our Fenwick Kingston office. About the role Our Customer Service Advisors support customers with queries via the telephone or over email. Our Customer Service Advisors always strive to exceed customer expectations, ensuring customers leaves with a fantastic lasting impression of the brand. About the candidate • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service • An excellent communicator (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills • has experience working in a customer service role with a call centre environment - desirable • IT literate, with the ability to work across multiple systems at once About Fenwick Since 1882, Fenwick has been a department store of note for shoppers of exceptional taste.
