Sous Chef - 4 Hotel - Outskirts of Southampton - £28,000 per annum A Sous Chef is required for a 4 hotel ideally situated outskirts of Southampton. The Hotel covers number of weddings and functions throughout the year. The hotel's restaurant offers a great selection of dishes using fresh local produce, delivered to a high standard. As a Sous Chef you will be working on 48hrs - Various Shifts. Car is essential.
