A thriving firm based in Surrey seeks an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer on a permanent, full-time basis. An opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Residential Conveyancer to join our client’s busy office in Sutton. The successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running, managing a complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters. Responsibilities • Freehold and leasehold property • Re-mortgages • Obtaining Land Registry documents • Shared ownership • Transfers of equity • Licenses • Right to buy • Converting leads into case matters • Taking new enquiries The Candidate • Conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with a minimum of seven years’ PQE • Exceptional client care and communication skills are required • Attention to detail will be a key attribute • IT proficiency is important The Firm Our client is a well-established firm which specialises in personal legal services – that is, based on matters relating to property, wills and probate and family work.
