Overview

We are looking for a staff nurse for a small nursing home in Burgess Hill. The home caters to elderly service users as well as some service users with Dementia. The nursing home has onsite parking and is also close to public transport links. The Nursing Home is looking for a full time staff nurse to work on either day or night shift. The staff nurse can be general or mental health qualified and the nursing home can also accommodate a newly qualified nurse looking for their first post qualification experience. Full training will be provided so experience within a nursing home is not required. Responsibilities: Administering medication Produce individual care plans Maintain accurate records Work to NMC and CQC guidelines and regulations Commit to improving the lives of residents Training and development of the staff Communicate effectively with staff, residents and the families of the residents The successful nurse must be: RGN (or equivalent) Able to work in the UK Have a valid NMC pin Salary is dependent on experience.
