Opportunity The Customer Success Manager will play an important part in our client’s growth in London to keep strategic relationships with our large enterprise customers. The primary goal is to reduce churn and grow by developing the best customer relationships. You will be working closely with the Sales, Marketing and Product teams, as well as the other members of the Customer Success team which span across Onboarding and Customer Care. That means that the role will be cross-functional and you will get a good understanding of all parts of the business.
