General Manager- Independent Education –South West – Up to £45,000 – 5 over 7 The Role We have an exceptional opportunity to enhance your career within Contract Catering. We are looking for a highly experienced operator that can deliver all services within this prestigious site. This is a fantastic role and one which will allow you to give direction to the delivery of catering & hospitality and build long term client relationships. Responsibility Management of the operation across the sites, providing leadership and team engagement Investment in long term relationships and being proactive about business opportunities and developing the business further Be up to speed with all market trends and merging this with your site and clients’ needs Be an ambassador for the company and really lead by example Commercially minded in terms of contractual agreements and upselling Dual site experience would be advantageous Catering for 900 students and 100 staff Management of 20 plus staffs The Successful Candidate Senior management experience in catering & hospitality Previous experience of managing a similar multi-site operation Proven experience of developing excellent client relationships Strong communication and people skills Full P&L performance management Experience working in a standards/compliance environment Polished and well presented Passionate about food and service General Manager- Independent Education –South West – Up to £45,000 – 5 over 7 Interested in this great challenge?
