Due to our continued expansion throughout the UK , including Northern Ireland , we are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced mortgage & protection adviser in the Greater Belfast area. One of our lead branded MAB businesses , currently working with a leading local financial services provider , has a recruitment opportunity for one successful applicant. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience in financial services , first and foremost with regards to advising clients on their protection needs , as well as being Fully CeMap ( or equivalent ) qualified in the mortgage market as a secondary requirement . This position will , as promised , be provided with qualified protection leads from a leading local financial services provider . The first responsibility of the successful candidate will be to make contact with these clients within a prescribed service level agreement with appointments taking place either in Branch , our serviced office space in Belfast City Centre or the clients home if requested. The referral will be expecting that our adviser will be making recommendations on their mortgage and protection needs from our multi tie panel of insurers. Essential qualities for the successful candidate will include the ability to demonstrate good communication skills , evidence of time already spent working successfully in a customer facing environment either face to face or on a telephony basis and a clear commitment to putting the client at the centre of our proposition. There is a highly competitive self-employed contract with the chance to earn a realistic and proven figure in excess of £50,000 per annum with the possibility of initial financial support if required.
