Ref jw/54576 Trainee Advisor role Southampton and Bournemouth £38k plus study support and commission Are you currently working in a Paraplanning role and hold a level 4 Diploma qualification, but looking for your first move into an Advisor role? If the answer is yes, then our client would like to talk to you. They are a very well-established Wealth Management firm, with excellent professional business introducer connections in the Southampton and Bournemouth area. They are now looking for a couple of Trainee Advisors that they can get on board to help with their continued growth and expansion plans. The role will lead you to becoming a fully-fledged Financial Advisor within 3-6 months of coming on board and has the added advantage of offering the flexibility to work at home or in their regional office. No previous Advisory experience is required, but you must be at least level 4 Diploma qualified and have 2-3 years of solid Paraplanning experience, to be considered for this role. As our client has a well established flow of leads and referrals, you won’t need to generate your own leads and clients, allowing you to focus on converting the leads they provide you.
