Overview
Fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a well known and respected professional services firm based in Sheffield. Do you have experience working within a recruitment team within professional services and looking for that next step in your career? This will be the perfect role for you. This role is working with a friendly and professional team and you will work on a variety of roles and will be building relationships across all levels across the business. Within this role you will be sourcing candidates, liaising with agencies and ensuring they are working towards the agreed SLA's, conducting interviews whether that be face to face or over the phone, analysing recruitment data, speaking with hiring managers across the business to ensure needs are met. Once candidates have been placed you will liaise with the on boarding team, HR and the candidates to ensure a smooth transition. In order to be considered for this role you will have experience working within recruitment especially within a professional services/ legal environment and have considerable experience of interviewing and sourcing candidates directly. You will have experience using an online tracking system with great knowledge of employment law and practise. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach whilst working in a fast paced environment and have the confidence to communicate at all levels in the business in order to establish and maintain relationships. You will be asked to travel to other offices throughout the business as required.
