Temporary Welsh Speaking Customer Services Job - Bangor up to £10ph. Would suit a recent Grad Your new company A vibrant non for profit organisation are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic customer service professional to join them on an interim basis. Due to the nature of the role, this would suit a recent bilingual graduate Your new role Slotting in to a busy customer services team, you will be responsible for supporting with call backs and fact finding to assist with applications and queries. You will be able to communicate in both Welsh & English fluently and thrive in a fast paced environment. What you'll need to succeed An enthusiastic and motivated attitude will be essential for this role. You will be a confident communicator in both Welsh and English. Previous customer service experience is desirable however not essential as full training will be given. Would suit a recent grad that is seeking their first office based role. You will be immediately available. What you'll get in return Full time hours working Monday - Friday across 37 hours with 2 shift patterns of either 8 - 4 or 10 - 6 with an hourly rate of £10ph.
