Overview

Location: Manchester Division: Ticketmaster Sport Line Manager: Assistant Ticket Operations Manager Contract Terms: Fixed Term 35 Hours per week (Monday to Sunday) Additional hours may be required in order to meet the needs of the business. Job Purpose The Ticket Operations Department encompasses a number of areas: football membership schemes, season ticket renewals, membership dispatch and handling customer service and sales calls for our many, football, rugby and cricket clients. The successful applicants will be fully trained on all our clients Arsenal, NFL, Coventry City, and England Rugby as you will be required to assist in each of the areas according to the needs of the business at any one time. Responsibilities Football/NFL/Rugby Handling Sales, Customer Service calls and email correspondence for numerous sports clients, Processing football and rugby memberships, booking/reseating fans in to events Assisting staff/clients with membership, ticket or Direct Debit related queries Packing and dispatching membership cards Other duties may be required from time to time Experience Handling customer service and sales calls, resolving customer queries Data-inputting Worked to and consistently achieved targets Knowledge of XR is desirable but not essential A working knowledge of Excel is preferred Competencies The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes: Excellent telephone skills Ability to pay attention to detail Computer literate - reliable, accurate data in-putter Good standard of written and verbal communication Proven to maintain positive working relationships and promote a positive and friendly culture Organises time effectively and plans for future needs, maximising the use of available resources Excellent problem solving skills Ability to make high quality decisions in a timely manner, considering both the immediate and long term consequences of decisions Ability to respond with flexibility and resilience when faced with multiple demands, shifting priorities or rapid change Understands the business environment in which they operate
