Fabulous opportunity for someone to join a dynamic tech company which is expanding and has really exciting plans for the future. The company is currently based in Oxford but will be moving to Slough in April, so the ideal candidate will be willing and able to travel to both towns (there is parking available) as ideally they would like a handover with the current incumbent. The new office is going to be spectacular and you will enjoy an extremely varied role, from greeting and dealing with all their clients and visitors, coordinating sales events, managing diaries as well as giving admin support to their senior executives, organising conference calls, creating letters and powerpoint presentations etc. You will also be in charge of the office facilities - ensuring all supplies are stocked, managing the meeting room diaries, coordinating the contractors etc and you will also be the Healthy and Safety guru, Fire Marshall etc. You will also support the legal, finance and HR teams with ad hoc admin tasks.
