Overview
Sutton Coldfield based IFA are looking to bring on a Trainee Paraplanner to the busy team of Chartered Wealth Planners. This is a great opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator too. Duties will include; Technical back office support including servicing, new business and liaising with providers Ensure all compliance paperwork is present Preparing replacement contracts Analysing data and using research tools to obtain performance, asset allocation and charges Preparing suitability reports in accordance with agreed recommendations Producing illustrations Completing fee calculations Preparing new business files for Advisers Preparing application forms and all relevant documents Ensuring risk profile questionnaires are sent and completed by clients Confirming clients risk profile is determined and updated Experience; Previous experience within the financial services industry is essential A good understanding of the financial planning process Good IT skills Ideal candidate will be familiar with following systems Old Mutual Wealth Platform Standard Life Platform Financial Express Intelligent Office Three-Sixty Good report writing skills Ability to work independently in a team and manage own workload efficiently Those who are interested in studying towards Diploma are preferred and will be offered full support to undertake all financial planning exams Visit the IDEX Consulting Ltd website for further opportunities.
