A brilliant opportunity for a commercial property solicitor has become available within a full service, independent law firm providing bespoke legal solutions to businesses and the healthcare sector. This role is based in Garforth and has free on-site parking. They are ideally looking for a commercial property solicitor who is NQ-4 years' PQE, though applications from candidates outside of this will be considered. If NQ level it is essential that you have done a seat in commercial property. The firm's specialist property solicitors work closely with the sales and purchases team, ensuring that when buying or selling a property, whether it's dealing with a freehold, an assignment of a lease or the granting of a new lease, the property aspect is dealt with by specialists. The team handle all areas of property, including dealing with all property inquiries from both a Buyer and Seller perspective, drafting and negotiating the terms of commercial leases, acting for banks and lenders in respect of any queries, dealing with registration of the property and HM Land Registry and dealing with properties held in SIPPs.
