Overview

A very well established and highly successful wealth management firm based in Surrey have a fantastic opportunity within their business. The role is working as an IFA Administrator, the main purpose of your role will be to provide administration support to the financial advisers and their clients. Required: Previous experience within an IFA / Financial Planning Practice Ideally working towards professional qualifications Previous experience dealing with High Net Worth Clients desirable though not essential. Duties: Prepare and issue letters of authority; track, chase and collate information in line with agreed service levels. Create and update client platform account records. Ensure appropriate Money Laundering checks are carried out. Assist other areas of the business by producing client valuations and preparing annual review meeting packs. The role is progressive and our client will support professional qualifications. Interviews are available immediately.
