Helpldesk Co-Ordinator London, NW2 £27,500 Pension Parking This is a fantastic opportunity for a Helpdesk Co-ordinator who wants to join a successful, innovative and rapidly expanding organisation and supervise a motivated and dedicated team. Some of your duties will include: - Dealing with helpdesk requests received from clients and providing an excellent service - Dealing with a high volume of incoming enquiries and providing information on services provided - Maintaining up to date information sheets on services available and advising clients accordingly - Contributing to the development of information available by researching material which may be useful to clients - Assisting with the strategic development of helpdesk services provided and ensuring KPI’s are achieved - Ensuring the effective use of departmental financial and other resources ensuring value for money Regrettably, we are not able to respond to job applicants who are not shortlisted.
