Overview
We are working with a leading financial services organisation who are now seeking an additional Associate to join their Customer Operations team. This division supports and maintains pension administration services for a wide range of corporate clients and you will be primarily responsible for supporting the team. This will include: Accurately respond to Letters of Authority, benefit projection requests, and supporting other processes within the Retirement & Benefits function as required Processing and validating administration packs for members and IFAs, providing information regarding pension plans and benefit projections Handling incoming enquiries, whilst ensuring an excellent service is provided at all times. Supporting other team members during the absence of managers As someone with the ability to organise your day to day planning of workload for yourself and for the wider team as required, you will also be someone with a proactive approach, be flexible/adaptable, coupled with excellent communication/customer service skills and proven organisational skills.
