To manage incoming enquiries and monitor through to conclusion. All aspects of administrative support to guarantee the smooth running of the department. To ensure the Department is working to continuously provide excellent customer service Assist with some basic accounts duties Preferred experience: Customer service experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). Excellent organisational skills. Due to rapidly changing business requirements, it is essential to be able to prioritise workload Highly IT literate (MS Windows MS Office including Outlook).
