Mortgage Onboarding Administrator - Financial Services Basildon, Essex Permanent, Full Time £19k Starting Salary My client, a well established and growing Financial Services company in Basildon is looking for an Onboarding Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience of the Financial Services industry and dealing with third party professional advisors. This role requires someone with excellent communication and administration skills as well as proven experience dealing with third party advisors, brokers and firms. Responsibilities include: Processing new advisor firms from application stage, by requesting references, reviewing quality of information received, cross referencing dates, organising DBS checks, submitting FCA applications, checking qualifications, sending contracts out for completion and return, checking ID, address verification, and companies house detail. Obtaining details of all Advisor's Admin Staff and ensuring the firm provides a signed declaration to confirm all mandatory file documents have been obtained. Processing new introducers from application stage, requesting information needed, checking ID and approve once received. To apply for this role, please send your CV to Jill.
