A leading consultancy firm is seeking a Hyperion PBCS Senior Manager to join their successful Practice during an important period of growth. With a defined path to Directorship and an established blue-chip client base this role is an excellent opportunity to progress your career within a market leader. The successful Hyperion PBCS Senior Manager will be responsible for managing business-critical delivery whilst remaining in a client-facing role and contributing to the commercial growth of the Practice. As a Senior Manager you will be expected to work independently in a leadership capacity, taking ownership of critical Projects, Teams, and Workstreams. In addition to providing Hyperion PBCS thought leadership you will be expected to be comfortable exploring competitor products as needed, and should maintain a strong interest in the wider market-place as a whole. To succeed in this role, you will have a proven background in Hyperion PBCS or EPBCS. Ideally you will have a blend of both Technical and Functional expertise, although an 80/20 split in either direction will be acceptable. You will have already demonstrated your ability to lead in both a commercial and delivery capacity, with excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of further penetrating key accounts. You will be career-motivated and eager to be fast-tracked to the role of Hyperion PBCS Director over the course of 18 months, and will relish playing an active role of the sales process for new Projects and Programmes.
