Overview
Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the position of Devops Engineer (x4), for a 3-month remote contract for a healthcare organisation in Scotland. These roles have been deemed as inside of IR35 with a maximum daily rate of £225 a day, all interviews and on-boarding will be done remotely. Candidates must have in place a Disclosure Scotland (basic level) security check. Driven by an exciting transformation as part of a platform modernisation programme developing a world class Enterprise cloud capability to meet our clients increasing demand for digital services, your responsibilities will include: Application Development on Azure Platform Automation and DevOps on Azure Help to embed DevOps practices and automation into delivery Actively contribute to a culture of high performance, innovation and continuous improvement. Essential Skills: Proven experience with either Windows or Linux server administration within an enterprise environment Experience of deploying and managing services in Azure Expertise in automating services, and navigating Azure cloud stacks Expertise in scripted deployments - PowerShell, bash and/or Terraform Expertise in using Azure-provided cloud-scale services Azure Security / Monitoring modelling Designing and deploying infrastructure solutions in the Azure Cloud based on customer requirements, best practices, and following patterns and in-house developed processes Developing procedures for standardised cloud service provision (e.g. web site hosting, database provisioning, .net application hosting) Experience in deployments within both IaaS an PaaS cloud environment Please apply today for immediate consideration.
