Role Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, flexible, highly organised and motivated individual to work within the Finance Systems Team at Chippenham Head Office. The role provides business administration support to the Finance Systems Team and is responsible for managing user access across financial systems. Who are we? Responsible for ensuring accurate administration of system access requests. Ensuring the efficient maintenance of standing data change requests are accurately captured, tracked and appropriately implemented in a timely manner across all impacted systems. Updates to procurement catalogues within Oracle eBusiness Suite following relevant approvals Administration of master data requests and coordination of the team activities to fulfil these requests Providing and receiving cross-training with other colleagues to provide adequate team cover during holiday and other periods of absence Provide appropriate administrative support to the wider systems team as required. Production of knowledge base articles for key processes Support change projects by completing system User Acceptance Testing Working within the agreed change control process for Finance applications, identify improvements and ensure the systems and processes comply to central policies and practices Work with relevant development teams to fulfil requirements of change What will you bring? Be very organised with strong attention to detail. Customer focused, approachable and a good team player. Self-motivated and working with minimal supervision on a day-to-day basis. Ability to work under pressure at busy times whilst maintaining accuracy and meeting set objectives within required timescales. Fast learner and comfortable using different systems and software, including Microsoft Office 365 products, Oracle e-Business Suite R12 and Service Now. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills at all levels. Have the ability to work with team members across organisational and geographical boundaries. Previous experience in a finance role would be advantageous. What do we offer?
