Overview
Interquest have a need for an experienced Technical Engagement Analyst to focus on the utilisation of technologies whilst putting in place service management SLA’s and processes- . Im looking for someone with a government background ideally within locally government that has advised the council on exploiting new ways of working with the use of IT/Digital technology. You will play a key role on the development of the organisations strategic plans including the creative use of information and communication technology. You will be able to highlight through analysis the benefit realisation of technology investment . You will also play a role in developing working relationships between business leaders and IT professionals in order to promote effective communication and decision making .
