Deployment Engineer

A Deployment Engineer job in Bournemouth -4 month contract - Paying Circa £185 per day. Your new role This role is primarily responsible for ensuring that our users have an excellent experience when they receive their new or cascaded IT equipment and that their migration to Windows 10, Apps Anywhere and Office 365 is as seamless as possible. you will have an empathetic approach to users' needs and will need experience in supporting user setups on desktop equipment, this will involve understanding configurations for email, office applications, file storage, browsers and other enterprise solutions. You will also need to provide first day support for users and will need to assist in any data transfer required from old device to new. What you'll need to succeed Demonstrable significant experience of providing service excellence to a diverse range of stakeholders. Understanding of service provision in a medium to large organisation. Current knowledge of end-user computing specifications, laptops, desktops and associated components. Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Excel, Working Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Data security and Access Control You will be able to work as part of a team and independently, be a self starter and the ability to work toward an aggressive timescale. What you'll get in return You will be offered a Day rate of Circa £185 for an initial 4 month Contract.
