CAD Technician Moreton in Marsh with travel 7 Month Contract £200 - £225 p/day IR35 Status: Outside Scope The Background I am recruiting for a CAD Technician to join a leading UK construction safety organisation on a contract basis to work on a project focusing on building layouts in the defence sector. You… To be a successful CAD Technician you will have: Strong background in 2D CAD design for building or building services works CAD software experience such as AutoCAD, Microstation or Solidworks Knowledge of standard building drawings requirements and working in accordance to CDM 2015 regulations Flexibility to travel to different sites and work from home as required The Role As a CAD Technician you will: Works as part of the draughting team in clearly conveying building layouts following the completion of onsite surveys Create 2D models of steelwork projects using the company's existing software Record site information which can be incorporated into the 2D Layout drawings To discuss this opportunity further, please send your CV to Adam Laws by clicking Apply Now.
