My customer is searching the market for a Junior Business Analyst to be onsite in Stoke-On-Trent on a permanent basis. The candidate is also required to travel to India once a month. Job Title: Junior Business Analyst Location: Stoke-On-Trent, England Duration: Permanent Salary: £35k Job Responsibilities: ? Elicit business requirements from business users, subject matter experts and stakeholders ? Compose User Stories at a high standard ? Review, improve, design and optimise process ? Competent with functional specification writing ? Support operational roll-out, training and/or handover ? Clear communication with development team and senior managers ? Work across a range of tools to present accurate findings and outputs Experience: ? Experienced with Agile Methodologies ? Delivered in a TDD and BDD environment ? Worked closely with QA, Product and business functions outside of IT ? Used to support backlog refinement ? Expert with User Stories and Acceptance Criteria Desired Skills: ? Competent with JIRA and JIRA queries ? Technically capable and able to challenge developers ? Previously worked in a release driven function ?
