What you'll be doing To provide expert technical analysis & fault resolution to all TechBar and Desktop related problems and requests Assist IT Colleagues in the resolution of infrastructure and software related support issues where appropriate To provide a professional customer focused service Maintaining a high level of ITIL compliance Whats a typical day Be part of the TechBar rota which is our walk up IT Service. You will need to be able to resolve customer IT support queries on a wide range of technologies. You will take ownership of Bupa incidents, providing a face to face first-time fault resolution where possible and advice and guidance on Bupa IT policies and process. Ensure that all interactions are logged in ServiceNow, updated and progressed to resolution where possible. Where a first-time fix is not available, ensure the customer is informed on progress as defined in the SLA and service design. Establish, develop, and maintain credible working relationships with business contacts, being an ambassador for IT at Bupa. You will work towards ensuring a positive customer IT experience for all our customers and attain high NPS scores in customer satisfaction. Develop effective working relationships with colleagues across IT to gain support and commitment when delivering daily IT TechBar and Deskside services with the Bupa code and any of privacy and security policies being at the heart of all you do. Who we're looking for? If you're a people person with a natural affinity for all things IT, we are interested in hearing from you. As you will be supporting our head office, a customer-centric approach is key. You will bring strong analytical skills, along with a logical approach to solutions analysis. You must be able to prioritise and manage a workload based on business requirements. You will ideally be fluent in the Microsoft packages and Windows operating systems. Experience working with InTune, SCCM - Active Directory would be an advantage as would exposure to MacOS, IOS, Android & Multi-Factor authentication tools.
