Principal Salesforce Developer London to £100k Principal Salesforce Developer (Java Salesforce CRM RESTful). Are you a technologist seeking a lead role where your focus will be on managing a team of highly talented software developers to deliver solutions that impact the business? You could be joining a scale-up FinTech and making a real impact. Most of the work is Greenfield development; as a Principal Salesforce Developer you’ll be working across the business in a highly motivated team environment; liaising with other team leads to reach a common goal of producing a banking contact centre Salesforce CRM software that will enable traditional banks to compete with technology driven challengers. Your team will focus on complex APIs and messaging services; using Kafka and SpringBoot as well as Apigee APIs within the wider Salesforce CRM solution. As Principal Salesforce Developer you’ll act as a servant leader, removing any obstacles or roadblocks; diving into the code and carrying out code reviews, mentoring and developing people. You’ll be based in modern, open plan offices with all the latest kit; a well stocked kitchen / canteen area and a highly motivated team atmosphere with flexible working opportunities.
