Overview
Job Summary: We are actively seeking a talented Agile business Analyst to join the team and work across a wide variety of different technical projects. You will work directly with the agile delivery team and be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the business process and technical deliverable are fit for purpose. You will have a level of autonomy and be expected to undertake international travel. Job Responsibilities: Elicit business requirements from business users, subject matter experts and stakeholders Compose User Stories at a high standard Review, improve, design and optimise the process Competent with functional specification writing Support operational roll-out, training and/or handover Clear communication with the development team and senior managers Work across a range of tools to present accurate findings and outputs Experience: Experienced with Agile Methodologies Delivered in a TDD and BDD environment Worked closely with QA, Product and business functions outside of IT Used to support backlog refinement Expert with User Stories and Acceptance Criteria Desired Skills: Competent with JIRA and JIRA queries Technically capable and able to challenge developers Previously worked in a release driven function Operated in a strategic role This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89875391
