Job description Job Description The roles will be based in Belfast or Birmingham, however as a result of the wide variety of clients and projects, you will be required to work in other locations throughout the UK. As a Java Developer, you will be joining our Technology Solutions delivery hub and you will have the opportunity to be trained and work on several vendor platforms based on Java technologies. We can offer you the opportunity to work on exciting large-scale technology programmes across a wide range of clients and a clear career path and training plan to support your development and growth. The responsibilities of each role will vary depending on client needs but will likely include Analysis of business needs and creation of technical documentation Cooperation with analysts and architects on refining the design assumptions Development, testing and maintenance of components Responsibility for the implementation of entrusted project tasks Requirements Experience in Java 8, JEE, XML and Web Services Knowledge in PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate Experience with Tomcat and or Websphere/Weblogic Experience on enterprise system integration and real-time platforms You will have an understanding of the full software development lifecycle Not the role for you?
