Employment Solicitor - Chesterfield - Salary up to £40,000 Great Benefits Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a solicitor’s company based in Chesterfield. They are looking for Employment Solicitor this is a permanent. Employment Solicitor Responsibilities: An opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join our dedicated & close-knit Employment Team, with a view to helping the practice expand an existing suite of Employment and HR services. This role would suit a Solicitor comfortable carrying out their own advocacy in Employment Tribunals, assisting in the development of others in the team and a genuine passion for delivering exemplary client care. Excellent communication and client care skills. Experience of Business Development including identifying and executing marketing initiatives. A pro-active, professional and flexible approach. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse caseload & work as part of a rapidly growing employment team. Hours: Full-time: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, with hour for lunch, flexible working available Required Skills & Experience: 2/3 years PQE experience as Employment Solicitor Experience acting for both Claimants and Respondents and a proven record of establishing and developing client relationships Experience of Business Development including identifying and executing marketing initiatives. Strong Advocacy Skills. Experience of writing articles, blogs & generating content for social media channels. IT literacy commensurate with the role including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Case Management Systems.
