Overview
Automation Test Engineer I am hiring for one of the most reputable tech teams in Cardiff. They are looking for a Senior Automation Tester to come on board and join there already strong testing team. Working closely with developers, helping to oversee, mentor and implement automation solutions and frameworks from scratch. Responsibilities: - Creating and implementing automation frameworks/solutions - Helping to lead testing strategies and the whole automation process through to implementation - Working with other senior testers to help build a testing team and to mentor more junior engineers - Working alongside the development team - Working closely with the CI/CD pipeline, acting as an expert with the tool Essential experience: - Strong experience of creating and implementing automation frameworks, working with either Selenium, Cucumber or Jmeter - Experience with either Java or Python - Experience of working within an agile team - Strong knowledge and working experience of the CI/CD pipeline - Being an enthusiastic mentor
