A super opportunity has arisen for Team Leaders to join a successful and growing food manufacturing company in Attleborough. · As an experienced Team Leader you will have experience of the following: · Setting up production Lines · Overseeing the running of the lines and production staff · Managing Agency staff · Ensure assembly of finished goods is to the specification and quality standards · Perform on-line quality control checks · Complete all packing lists and paperwork in full within the time frame required. We are looking for candidates with flair and new ideas to join this forward thinking and dynamic business. Candidates must also have previous experience as a Team Leader within fast paced food environment, Ability to adapt to the changing daily plan, Good time management, organisation & Multi-tasking skills and most of all, the ability to motivate and influence people.
