Quality Manager (ISO/Mechanical) £30,000 - £38,000 Company benefits Coningsby, Lincoln (Commutable from: Boston, Lincoln, Sleaford, Horncastle) Are you a Quality Manager from an engineering and production background looking for a role where you will have the full responsibility with ISO 9001 set ups, improvements and audits? Are you looking for a role where you will oversee and implement standards whilst working with senior managers ensuring practices and work methods comply fully with ISO Standards and dealing with Certifying bodies and inspectors? On offer is a role where you will be managing a leading engineering site, driving standards across the group, working closely with internal stakeholders and being able to implement an entire quality standard across the group. This is a great opportunity to implement and control quality processes as well as design and develop quality standards across the company for others to follow. THE ROLE: Drive and develop quality and Health and Safety Policy Set up and monitor common H&S system ISO set ups, improvements, audits Manage 1st article inspection THE PERSON: Quality Management experience Mechanical manufacturing background ISO implementation experience Health and safety background Experience with 1st article inspection ISO 9001, Manufacturing, Quality, Manager, Machining, Mechanical, Fabrication, Engineer, Coningsby, Lincoln, Boston, Lincoln, Sleaford, Horncastle.
