Contact Center Agent

I'm sure you've heard of all Call Centre 'horror stories' that include unrealistic targets and workers having no social life, but imagine working for a leading company and adding variety back into your week with shift work that never starts before 8am and never finishes after 8pm. We're looking for customer service advisors who just want to give a helping hand to the general public. Your day will consist of dealing with any customer queries that come to light, interacting with couriers and liaising with other face to face customer service employees around the UK. The hourly rate is dependent on age e.g. Under 25's will earn £7.70 per hour and ages 25 will earn £8.69 per hour. You are guaranteed 40 hours per week and will work 5 days out of 7, so this will include weekend shifts. This role starts as a temporary job, however has the potential to turn permanent. You have the chance to meet a variety of new people, dress casually and have access to free onsite parking. We only ask that you have your own transport and are DBS checked for this role.
