Overview
Job Title: Support Worker Salary: £18,283 per annum Location: Reigate, Surrey Our client is a national charity making a huge difference to the everyday lives of people. Their fresh approach provides a unique combination of care, accommodation and support for adults with learning disabilities and vulnerable families. Support Worker Job Purpose: As a member of their Care Team, you will support and assist senior staff by contributing to the care, comfort and well being of service users and their children, ensuring that all individuals are cared for and supported with dignity, consideration and kindness. You will need to have good communication skills, a willingness to learn and, above all, be passionate about helping people. Other Duties & Requirements: Work and engage with service users to encourage and facilitate choice, diversity and personalised achievements Complete accurate reports and update care plans Attend and participate in training sessions Be hospitable, friendly and inclusive to all families and visitors A driving licence would be beneficial, but not essential If you have the desire to help make a difference to people who need it, then please apply to the Support Worker role today.
