Retail Store Manager - Luxury Fashion, London, Immediate Start My client, a luxury Fashion Retailer, are looking for an amazing Store Manager to join their brand new London Store This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join a highly-reputable company and help lead the store to massive success over the coming years. As Store Manager and your main responsibilities will include: Ensure that customer service is an intrinsic part of the sales process Inspire, manage and lead the sales process ensuring effective responsibility, delegation, engagement and ownership of the tasks Individual Management of the store, showing strong business acumen and performance Assist in recruiting new staff for the store Drive and deliver personal / team sales and KPI targets by cultivating customer relationships Organising, motivating and driving your team to outperform within a supportive environment of continuous development Ensure accurate and appropriate advice to ensure that our customers buy the best and relevant products to meet their needs In order to be considered for this exciting role, you must have: Fashion Sales & Management experience in a client-facing role within the High-End/Premium Retail industry Be a self-driven, capable people manager who is able to bring the best out of their team through motivation, training and guidance Genuine desire to deliver first-class customer service and have a passion for product A dedicated and capable retail sales professional who is passionate about selling and has shown they can deliver over performing sales figures Ability to work well under pressure whilst prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident, creative and has a strategic and business min Benefits will include: Competitive salary Incentive bonus scheme Pension scheme 22 days annual leave Excellent Reward & Remuneration If you want to be part of this exciting time within the company, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
