Hospitality & Retail Concept Consultant - Passionate Graduate required

PASSIONATE GRADUATE REQUIRED HOSPITALITY & LEISURE CONCEPT IDENTIYING CONSULTANT ROLE - EXCITING RETAIL, LEISURE & CO-WORKING PROPERTY COMPANY LOCATION: BASED IN MANCHESTER BUT WITH REGULAR TRAVEL TO LONDON SALARY: AROUND £25,000 PLUS A RANGE OF EXCELLENT BENEFITS, INCLUDING PENSION, HEALTHCARE & WELLNESS ALLOWANCE My client is a well respected award-winning company with a reputation for developing cool mixed working and hospitality spaces. Their operations are used by an array of business people as well for both work & hospitality & this role focuses on various retail & hospitality spaces through several Manchester locations. The Role: This exciting position will focus primarily on identifying the latest in hospitality & retail concepts - predominantly in London - that would work well within various locations across the company's portfolio of units within Central Manchester. The successful candidate would then build up initial relationships with key stakeholders in the market to establish a hook to bring those concepts up to Manchester. My client is very forward-thinking and extremely interested in the latest new trends in hospitality & retail and as well as the traditional tenant & landlord agreements are also happy to look at bigger company concepts, but also much smaller unique concept to go into a joint venture with. Requirements: We are looking for a graduate who is an extremely passionate foodie who would be excited to work on looking for new concepts & the latest trends in hospitality & retail The suitable candidate must be a strong communicator who will be credible in front of senior contacts & presenting back to the board An ability to create strong relationships with key stakeholders within the market & able to take them on a journey to bring their concept to Manchester Bubbly, confident & outgoing - capable of regular interaction with the CEO & the confidence to sit in a boardroom and pitch an idea Must be based close to Manchester but happy for regular travel to London This is an amazing role for the right graduate and the initial employment will involve getting to understand the company and its developments which will help identify concepts in the future. This is also a chance to gain experience with an exciting well-respected company with strong potential to progress in the future Salary & package: The starting salary for this role is around £25,000 (there maybe some flex for the right candidate) plus a range of company benefits & future progression.
