Test Automation Engineer Farnborough Competitive Salary Outstanding Package A well-known global Financial Services organisation are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join their growing team in their Farnborough office. You will be part of driving the improvement of IT landscape across UK and Ireland, and play a key role in enabling fast and agile IT changes. The successful candidate will maintain high work standards to ensure test automation meets business requirements and can be supported efficiently. They will also gather and prioritize information from a wide variety of business areas to create automation solutions that reduce technical debt. Responsibilities Designing and building test scenarios Developing and maintaining automated tests Recording test results and working with team member as solutions are developed Reporting and tracking defects, escalating where necessary Test verification including environment management, function and regression testing Technical Skills and Personal Qualities Experience of working in the Financial Services Industry Strong experience in test automation across test driven development and testing frameworks One of more coding languages, eg. JavaScript or Java Experience of working in an agile environment Experience with agile tools - Jira or Confluence Testing frameworks and tools eg.
