My client, an established Housing Developer is looking to hire an experienced Assistant Site Manager for project based in Chigwell, Essex My client, an award winning housing developer who demand a very high quality of professionalism throughout their business are keen to appoint an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to be part of a new team on a Traditional Build project Assistant Site Managers include Duties, No2 on site, whilst reporting directly in to the Site Manger Supporting the Site Managers whilst running the site on a daily basis Ensuring the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programme and addressing any issues to the project lead Driving through quality at every stage of the construction process Ensuring the development pass internal and external inspection processes Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to Taking responsibility for self-development and the development of others Monitoring and controlling the quality of production and approve stage completions to payments to sub-contractors Qualifications, Must have volume build experience within the residential new build industry Degree level or experience from a trade background would be an advantage Has a positive and ambitious outlook on their work SMSTS CSCS First Aid Benefits Competitive salary Company Car/Allowance Incentivised Bonus Scheme Pension after completion of probation Holiday, 25 days per year Career Plans Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
