Overview
Answer Telephone Complete and follow job through from initial purchase order received to final product. Includes the ability to decide where the order will be most suitably placed for production. Ability to check quality control of production of jobs to ensure they are completed to specification from customer. Calculating and quoting prices to clients, using quoting system when appropriate. Include the decision of which supplier to obtain quotations from depending on specification of product to be quoted. Follow up on quotes to clients for feedback. Ensure client delivery specifications are current to enable correct deliveries to be made. Includes booking in deliveries where appropriate. Communicate internally with all departments of the business using appropriate methods Maintain and develop relationships with customers and suppliers.
