PI CLAIMANT OR DEFENDANT CASEWORK EXPERIENCE IS AN ABSOLUTE NECESSITY Job Description As a Personal Injury Fee Earner you will join a team of paralegals, fee earners and litigators and pick up your own caseload, proactively managing Non MOJ, Personal Injury casework, either within the RTA or EL/PL departments The Successful Applicant You will have experience in Claimant or Defendant personal injury work and be able handle a varied caseload.
